Youth Program

Our youth program  is designed to help children build confidence, self-discipline, and respect in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-specific martial arts training, students develop essential life skills, including body awareness and situational awareness, while improving their physical fitness and focus. Teen & Adult Program

Our adult program offers a comprehensive approach to fitness, stress relief, and self-improvement. Through martial arts training, adults build strength, flexibility, and endurance while learning practical self-defense techniques. Our classes also focus on enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and reversing the effects of aging, all in a supportive and motivating environment. Events, Camps, & More

Asian Arts Center is not just a Taekwondo school. We frequently, offer special classes and events including: 

– youth summer camps

– weapons seminars (bo staff, light sword, sword, etc.)

– women’s self-defense

– birthday parties (private instruction & party space for your child’s special celebration)
